Who you're buying from

Stanza Wagon LLC d/b/a Boom KO, out of Midwest. Using this site means you're fine with what's on this page. If you aren't, don't use it — no hard feelings.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy, not a done deal. It's accepted when we take the payment and send it to print. If something is priced wrong, is unavailable, or the order looks fraudulent, we may cancel it and refund you in full. We'll tell you why.

Every item is printed for your order alone. Nothing here sits in stock, which is why the returns policy works the way it does — worth two minutes before you order.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and can change, but never after you've ordered.
• Shipping is worked out at checkout from your address.
• Sales tax is added where the law says so.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Printing usually takes two to five business days, then the carrier takes however long the carrier takes. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it exists.

Once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is out of our hands. If it's lost or stuck, tell us and we'll sort it — see returns.

What the shirt will look like

The pictures are mockups and photographs, and screens differ. Color can shift a shade. Garments carry the small variations any printed, cut and sewn thing carries. That isn't a fault. A print that's crooked, cracked, or simply the wrong design is — and we'll replace it.

The designs

Every design on this site is ours, or used with permission. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt.

Please do: wear it, wash it, photograph it, tag us, pass it on, cut the sleeves off.

Please don't: reproduce the artwork to sell, put it on your own products, or feed it to a machine to generate more of it. The whole shop is drawn by hand and that's the point.

Accounts

You don't need one to buy. If you make one, keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Confirm your email address and any past guest orders under that address join your account. Until you confirm it, they won't, and that's deliberate: it stops someone claiming your order history by typing your address.

We can close an account that's being used to defraud or abuse the shop.

Reviews and anything you post

Leave a review and you're giving us permission to show it on the site. Keep it yours and keep it civil — we'll remove anything abusive, fake, or somebody else's words.

Where we stand if something goes wrong

We'll always put right a shirt we got wrong. Beyond that, what we owe you is limited to what you paid for the order in question. We're not liable for knock-on losses — a missed birthday, a delayed parcel, a shop that was down when you wanted it.

Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you and won't let us sign away. Where this page and the law disagree, the law wins.

If this page changes

The date at the top changes with it. Whatever was on this page when you ordered is what covers that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
